Who We Are

All are welcome at Evergreen Presbyterian Church. No exceptions. We are an open and affirming church, gathering for whole-hearted worship, life-transforming education, and world-changing work and service for each other and our neighbors.

Vision

Christ Centered – We ask ourselves not only “What would Jesus do?” but “How does Jesus love?”
Spiritually Curious – We explore the multitude of ways God speaks and is at work in the world and in our lives bringing healing, transformation and growth.
Sent to Serve – We seek to be agents of love and restoration to our neighbors, one act of kindness at a time.

Mission

Provide a safe place to explore our faith.
Seek peace in our relationships, including family, church, and community.
Demonstrate fearless love for God, for the earth and for all people, regardless of who they are or where they are in their journey.
Joyfully share God’s love and healing power both in our spiritual community and in the world around us.
Learn to respond with love, compassion and respect in order to be instruments of God’s peace.

We acknowledge God is at work here and now when people show personal concern for each other and work to make helping agencies, including the church itself, more compassionate.
