Earth Care Challenge

The Earth Care team has two ways for us to use Lent as a time to prayerfully consider our roles as stewards of creation.

• First, pick up a copy of the Plastics Challenge from the Gathering Room and try to give up/change a plastic habit.
• Second, we encourage you to use a special index card, available on the long table in the Gathering Room, to share a Bible verse that talks about God’s call for us to show gratitude for creation and our care for the earth.  OR to write a prayer or poem or short statement about the earth and our relationship to it.  Then post your card on the Earth Care display in the Gathering Room.
